Tell Maine legislators: We need repair scores

No one walks into the store and thinks "I'm going to buy something unfixable!"

Unfortunately, many phones and laptops on the market are difficult to fix by design, and it's not like they advertise that fact. That's wrong.

Before we spend hundreds of dollars on a new phone or laptop, we deserve to know if it's fixable when it breaks.

We need legislation in Augusta to require manufacturers to display a repair score from 0 to 10, which tells us how fixable a product is. Help us move this law forward by sending an email to your state legislators.
